- BiaMaith Added 15/06/2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★O'Neills is everything you would expect from a local small town butcher and more. Michael, the owner is such a lovely man who genuinely cares about his customers. This really shows in the meat he sells, much of which he rears locally.
Michael is well known as a true gentleman in Clonakilty as well as being a master of his trade.
I can't recommend his lamb enough though his beef is almost equally as good.
Michael and his staff are fountains of knowledge on all things meat so are always willing to offer tips and advice.
Make sure to try his homemade sausages if you do pop in, they are amazing on a crispy roll with some onion marmalade and a hint of Cashel blue cheese.
